广州归谷科技园坐落于粤港澳大湾区湾顶明珠、广深科创走廊十个核心创新平台之一的广州科学城，矗立于开发区科学城核心地理位置的犀牛望月山，环山而建5栋办公孵化楼和2栋科学家公寓。延续“绿色、生态、创新、艺术”理念，园区伫立在一片纯粹的原生态自然环境中，一条蜿蜒小径将人们的视野引入青山绵延、白云舒卷的胜境。
GRAND TECH PARK is located in Guangzhou Science City, which is one of the ten core innovation platforms of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Corridor. It is located in the core location of Science City in the development zone, and has 5 office incubation buildings and 2 scientist apartments. Continuing the concept of "green, ecological, innovative and artistic", the park stands in a pure original natural environment.

关于未来，我们只知道一件事，那就是没有人能预测20年后我们将处于何种办公模式。当我们主导GTP归谷科技园总部办公楼全新的办公空间设计建设时，毅然决定尝试探索当下世界“办公潮流”、“未来办公“的可能性，并在实践中体现我们的探索精神。20年之后，我们现在的实践和想象还具备预计的价值吗？在全生命周期概念下，建造充满创造力且面向未来的办公空间，这是我们赋予这个作品的可持续生命力。当然，目前这还不是什么完美的丰碑，我认为它是一个不断探索、生长、更新的办公模式实验室。正如世界上经久不衰的建筑作品，都是基于后人的不断鞭挞、评论、优化，从而达到推动创新和发展的目的，我们深以为然并身体力行，步履不停，创新不止。The only thing we know about the future is that no one can predict what kind of office we'll be in 20 years from now. When we led the design and construction of the new office space of the headquarters office building of GTP Guigu Science Park, we resolutely decided to try to explore the possibility of "office trend" and "future office" in the current world, and reflect our exploration spirit in practice.Twenty years later, do our current practice and imagination still have the expected value? Building creative and future-oriented office spaces under a full life-cycle concept is the sustainable life we give to this work. Of course, it's not a perfect monument yet, I see it as a laboratory of office models that are constantly exploring, growing and renewing. Just as the world's enduring works of architecture are based on the constant prodding, commentary, and optimization of future generations in order to drive innovation and development, we believe in this and we are doing it ourselves, with constant steps and innovation.
木条状的天花设计带来强烈又流畅的视觉体验，给予空间流动性。内外分区及有效分隔的设计将这里划分为不同社区，为不同的业务部门及个人提供高效及灵活的办公体验。办公，会议，互动，运动，娱乐，展示，专注，交流等功能将在这一层一一实现。
The wood slatted ceiling design provides a strong and fluid visual experience, giving the space fluidity. The interior and exterior partitions and effective separation design divide the space into different communities, providing an efficient and flexible office experience for different business departments and individuals. Office, meeting, interaction, movement, entertainment, presentation, concentration, and communication will be realized on this floor.
随着办公空间设计理念的发展，办公设计渐渐倾向创意化与趣味化，休闲区也更加受到重视。休闲区可以是阅读闲谈的休息之所、温馨舒适的小墙角、俯瞰美景的观景台、开怀畅饮的茶水间、舒适自由的小憩之所。
With the development of office space design concept, office design gradually tends to be creative and interesting, leisure area is also more attention. The leisure area can be a rest place for reading and chatting, a cozy corner, an observation platform overlooking the beautiful scenery, a tea room for drinking, and a comfortable and free rest place.
灵活及多功能空间布置让所有办公空间根据不同的需求进行变化及利用。办公空间休闲区的色彩选择是该空间整体设计中的重要元素，色彩可以拉升空间的视觉精神，色彩多变的家具给予这个空间更多的悠闲趣味，随处可见的色彩，不同的造型摆设，从视觉上丰富了整个办公空间。Flexible and multi-functional space arrangement allows all office space to be changed and utilized according to different needs. The color selection of the office space leisure area is an important element in the overall design of the space, color can pull up the visual spirit of the space, colorful furniture to give this space more leisurely fun, everywhere you look, different shapes and furnishings, visually enrich the entire office space.
与休闲区不同的是，办公区采用原始裸露却有序的工业风天花设计，与黑白灰调的简约风办公家具设备融为一体，相得益彰。Different from the leisure area, the office area uses the original bare but orderly industrial wind ceiling design, and the simple black and white gray wind office furniture equipment is integrated, complement each other.作为使用频率最高的办公区，开放式的办公布局模式能最好地体现空间优势，更灵活地运用空间。大片落地窗给室内带来充足的采光，简洁实用的设计与家具搭配给空间带来舒适而又静谧的办公氛围。

家具色彩区分也可以更快捷地为各个区域进行功能模式划分。如会议洽谈空间与多功能路演厅等的形式与大小可以利用色彩来进一步强化或削弱其整体的氛围，从而满足其适配的使用模式与目的。小型的会议洽谈室采用简白与明亮的暖调色彩营造出相对轻松的洽谈环境，而大型会议室则采用较为肃穆的冷色系搭配显现出其较为端庄严肃的会议功能氛围。
