佛頂宮 Usnisa Palace

位於中國南京牛首山,

供奉著世界現存唯一一枚佛頂骨舍利。

分為禪境大觀、舍利大殿和舍利藏宮三大空間。

Located on Niushou Mountain in Nanjing, China, it enshrines the only surviving Buddha top bone relic in the world. It is divided into three major spaces: the Zen Grand View, the Great Hall of relics and the Relics Of The Hidden Palace.

禪境大觀

南北長112米，東西寬62米，

內部凈高約41.2米，涵蓋地上三層。

整個空間面積超過6000㎡，呈橢圓形。  

It is 112m long from north to south, 62m wide from east to west, and has a net height of about 41.2m inside, covering three floors above ground. The entire space area is more than 6000㎡, which is oval in shape.

穹頂天花整體為不規則「扭曲面」形體，類似橄欖球。整體無一條同半徑弧長，皆為多個半徑組成的拋物線。

The ceiling of the dome as a whole is an irregular "twisted face" shape, similar to "rugby". The whole does not have a single arc length of the same radius, and it is a parabola composed of multiple radii.

穹頂主要由4000塊三角鋁單板及鋁槽，2502根法相拉桿，1598根斜拉桿，2002個定製不銹鋼節點件等組成。經過嚴謹的數據推演，施工過程中所有材料、配件無一出錯。

The dome is mainly composed of 4000 triangular aluminum veneers and aluminum grooves, 2502 normal phase tie rods, 1598 cable-stayed rods, 2002 custom stainless steel joints and so on.After rigorous data deduction, all materials and accessories in the construction process are not wrong.

穹頂天花完工後，頂端的南北軸對角線現場實量長度35068mm，與圖紙數據完全吻合。東西軸對角線現場實量長度34416mm，比圖紙大整100mm，因結構稍微變形所致。

After the completion of the dome ceiling, the diagonal length of the north-south axis at the top was 35068mm, which was completely consistent with the drawing data. The real length of the east-west axis diagonal is 34416mm, which is 100mm larger than the drawing, which is caused by slight deformation of the structure，caused by slight deformation of the structure.

整體結構形式為彈性結構處理，結合了栓接，剛接，鉸接等形式，依托在外幕墻的定製鋁型材工字梁上。

The overall structural form is elastic structure treatment, combined with bolted, rigid joint, articulated and other forms, relying on the custom aluminum profile I-beam on the outer curtain wall.

經過結構設計，整體穹頂吊裝系統形成獨立的「相對穩定結構」以應對荷載、變形、抗壓等系列力學問題。

After structural design, the overall dome hoisting system forms an independent "relatively stable structure" to cope with a series of mechanical problems such as load, deformation, and pressure resistance.

因結構形式相對復雜，

本案中所用型材，五金等皆為研發的定製標準件。

Because the structural form is relatively complex, the profiles and hardware used in this case are customized standard parts developed.
