10月4日，ADARC【思为建筑】受邀出席在德国慕尼黑地标建筑BMW Welt（宝马世界）盛大举行的2023 Iconic Award/Innovative Architecture “标志性设计奖·创新建筑奖2023”颁奖礼，并上台领奖。获奖设计作品-《龙江新城规划LongJiang Urban Design》，荣获2023 Iconic Award/Innovative Architecture “标志性设计奖·创新建筑奖2023”，即将刊登于German Desgin Council出版的年度作品集。恭喜ADARC团队成员所付出的努力，祝贺我们优秀的设计团队和一众获奖同行。

本届盛典邀请了来自全球30多个国家获奖企业的代表350多名，在BMW Welt 这一建筑艺术的殿堂中齐聚一堂。这些获奖者凭借卓越的设计和创作赢得了国际上的广泛赞誉与认可，他们的作品不仅令人赞叹，更代表了建筑领域的最新趋势。

整个盛典是创意与技术的完美融合，给观众带来了令人难以忘怀的视听体验。同时，现场还设置了多个环节，如：媒体采访、荣誉墙、商务洽谈、颁奖典礼以及大师对话等。

这场国际性的建筑盛典不仅是对优秀建筑设计的认可和嘉奖，也是为全球建筑界搭建了一个展示才华和交流智慧的舞台——通过这一盛会，不同国家、不同文化背景的设计师们汇聚一堂，相互启发、交流创意，共同推动建筑设计的发展与创新。

颁奖典礼于10月4日在慕尼黑地标建筑BMW Welt（宝马世界）盛大举行。该建筑由COOP HIMMELB(L)AU建筑事务所的AUWolf Prix 建筑大师设计，在2007年10月正式对外开放。

近年ADARC团队获得了众多国际奖项，但碍于疫情都无法出席颁奖典礼，甚为可惜。今年庆幸终于可现场领取奖项以及和国际顶流同行切磋交流，算是开启了与世界重新连接的模式。

本届ICONIC Awards的国际专家评审团强调：富有远见的设计的重要性，这种设计不仅需要审美启发性，更需要有生态和社会影响力。

ICONIC AWARDS 【标志性设计奖】由德国设计委员会主办， 在德国联邦议院的大力倡导下，于1953年参与成立。作为世界上最重要、最专业的设计和建筑中心之一，德国设计委员会是设计师和建筑行业之间的桥梁，60多年来一直致力于全方位、大设计实践方式，其使命在于授予优秀设计奖项，从而提高人居生活品质。

项目背景概要

龙江镇地处粤港澳大湾区的中心位置，与大湾区主要都市圈的车行交通便捷，可1.6 小时内到达深港珠澳， 1.0小时内到达广佛核心区。周边接驳交通也较为便利，1.5 小时内均可到达广州南站、白云机场、沙堤机场、宝安机场等核心交通枢纽。现状龙江，城市品质有待提升，产业结构极待转型升级，生态体系需要修复整合，文旅资源需要把握利用。面对种种问题，规划聚焦：设计激活新城，优化产业结构，推动新旧共融，缝合生态资源，提升轨道交通优势。

Project Summary

Longjiang Town is located in the center of Dawan District, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. It has convenient vehicle transportation with several major metropolitan areas in Dawan district. It can reach Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Zhuhai and Macao within 1.6 hours and Guangfo core area within 1.0 hours. The surrounding connecting transportation is also convenient. You can reach Guangzhou south railway station, Baiyun Airport, Shati airport, Bao'an airport and other core transportation hubs within 1.5 hours. At present, the quality of Longjiang city needs to be improved, the industrial structure needs to be transformed and upgraded, the ecological system needs to be repaired and integrated, and cultural and tourism resources need to be grasped and utilized. In the face of various problems, the planning focuses on: designing and activating the new town, optimizing the industrial structure, promoting the integration of the old and the new, stitching up ecological resources and improving the advantages of rail transit.

借助生态资源，结合前沿理念，打造多元慢行体系；

山林漫步，感受生态之美；都市穿梭，邂逅多元生活；水间遨游，体会生命之源；田园观光，体验农业之旅。规划借助慢行体系，激活孤立资源，星星之火必成燎原之势。

Pedestrian Moving System

With the help of ecological resources and cutting -edge ideas, build a diversified slow travel system;

Walk in the mountains and forests and feel the beauty of ecology; City Shuttle, encounter diversified life; Swim in the water and experience the source of life; Rural sightseeing and experience the agricultural trip. With the help of the slow moving system, the plan will activate isolated resources, and a single spark will start a prairie fir.

城市就是设计公园

规划引入前瞻性“设计公园”理念；创造国际化的城市开放型设计博物馆；规划结合人本尺度引入300 米矩阵形成创意节点，包括：城市产业、文化设施、文旅配套、艺术装置等。设计公园由慢行体系串联而成：产业展示体系；文化观光体系；城市配套体系；公共艺术体系。以此营造一个持续生长的城市有机体；龙江新城是人和环境驱动的未来新城，是文化底蕴深厚的湾区新星。

City as Design Park

The planning introduces the forward-looking concept of "Design Park"; Create an international urban open design museum; The plan combines the humanistic scale and introduces a 300m matrix to form a creative node, including urban industry, cultural facilities, cultural and tourism supporting facilities, art installations, etc. The design park consists of a series of slow-moving systems: an industrial exhibition system; Cultural tourism system; Urban supporting system; Public art system. So as to create a sustainable urban organism; Longjiang new town! Future new town driven by people and environment; A new star in the bay area with profound cultural heritage.

TOD 产学研一体化

延续中轴，形成城市绿廊；依托轨道，完善交通体系；多元业态，丰富TOD 产业结构；引入设计学院、生命科学、绿色能源，优化龙江产业链。打造一个多元复合的TOD 产学研创新重镇。

Industry-Academia-Research Integration

Continue the central axis to form an urban green corridor; Improve the transportation system relying on rail transit; Diversified business formats to enrich TOD industrial structure;

Introduce design institute, life science and green energy to optimize Longjiang industrial chain. Build a diversified and complex TOD industry university research innovation town.

龙湖中央公园核心区

以龙湖为中心，生态为基底，引入文化场馆和商业配套；以岭南文化底蕴为基调，对接国际当代艺术与潮流风尚，打造全球艺术及设计朝圣目的地。植入广场、公园等开放空间；创造多元慢行体验带：生态河岸、人文运动、商业活动、休闲栈道。规划本着活化空间，丰富生活，巧用设计公园，创造文旅配套的理念，构建宜居宜游宜产宜商之永续都市。

Longhu Central Park Core Area

With Longhu Lake as the center and ecology as the base, introduce cultural venues and commercial supporting facilities Implant open spaces such as squares and parks; With the cultural heritage of Lingnan as the keynote, dovetailing with international contemporary art and trends to create a global art and design pilgrimage destination. Create multiple slow travel experience zones: ecological river banks, cultural sports, commercial activities and leisure plank roads. The planning is based on the concept of activating space, enriching life, skillfully designing parks and creating cultural and tourism supporting facilities, so as to build a sustainable city suitable for living, tourism, industry and business.
